Frequently asked questions
1. How soon can we have a furniture package?
You can have a package within 4 weeks from placing your order if all the items are in stock. To avoid any disappointment we strongly recommend that you place your order 6 weeks before your completion date.
2. Can I change the items in the pre-designed furniture packages?
Yes. If you like one of our furniture packages featured on the web site, but wish to remove, add or change items, then all you have to do is contact us to discuss your requirements. We will then send to you a revised quote for the items you require
3. Do I have to have a furniture package?
No. You can purchase single items.
4. Do I have to be present for installation?
No. We will arrange pick up of your property keys from your designated key holder and after installation return them.
5. Is there a choice of sofa fabrics?
Yes. We have an extensive range of sofa styles, all with a vast choice of colours and fabrics.
